A number of carriers make their medical insurance applications for individual/family coverage available online. Since each insurance carrier develops its own medical underwriting guidelines, it is often better to talk with us before completing the application process. We do not want any client to be declined coverage and the discussion about medical history is helpful in targeting the best carrier for an individual's needs. Once a specific carrier and insurance plan is chosen, applications may be completed and faxed directly to Carlton Insurance LLC. Some carriers offer online application completion. We often work with clients and complete the online application together, either in person or over the telephone.
