About Us
Carlton Insurance LLC is an independent health and life insurance broker providing customized service to small businesses and individuals/families in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado and Arizona. The firm is owned and managed by Debbie Carlton. Prior to founding Carlton Insurance LLC, Debbie spent 20 years in senior corporate positions. During her 12-year tenure with Apple, she held director level positions in market research, customer service, strategic planning, finance, and marketing. Debbie has a BA from Stanford and an MBA from Wharton.
